Dr T Pavani is the Chief Consultant Pediatric Dentist and Myofunctional Orthodontist founded Dhantham Dental Hospital in 2016, Chennai’s trusted clinic for oral health concerns. She holds the position of assistant professor at Meenakshi Ammal Dental College. She is a visiting consultant in various prestigious hospitals like Rela Institute and Medical Center, MGM health care. She is the India KOL (Key Opinion Leader) for the most trusted Straumann’s aligners. She lectured at national and international conferences and congresses. Also, she is an international trainer for Full mouth Rehabilitation under General Anesthesia.  She is a national and international trainer for Hospital Dentistry. She is one of  few dentists, who holds three Indian patents in dentistry.

Dr T Pavani,  obtained her Masters in Pediatric and Preventive Dentistry, [MDS] from the prestigious Sri Rama Chandra Medical College and Research institute, Chennai, after graduating BDS from Government Dental College and Hospital, both on merit. She then obtained an additional training in the super specialty, Myofunctional Orthodontics making her one of the few pedodontists, who holds wide expertise in braces treatment. She is also under certification for IBCLC (Breast Feeding Clinician).

Dr T Pavani is also a member of Federation of Special Care Dentistry( which is an international Body). She has contributed her services to the children, adolescents and adults with special needs to maintain their oral hygiene and health.

Dr T Pavani has a strong belief in eco-friendly dentistry. She has done an extensive study in reducing the plastic waste in dental products. Her future endeavors are mainly focused in the reduction of tooth paste and tooth brush plastic waste.

Dr T Pavani believes in keeping her treatment plans more evidence based and minimal invasive dentistry.
